Cover Immunostainings with the BP102 (right) and Pollux (left) antibodies reveal the regional distribution of Pollux, a novel Drosophila adhesion molecule, within axon fascicles that make up the ventral cord longitudinal connectives ("eyes") and in the cephalic lobe commissure ("mouth") of the Drosophila larval central nervous system. Note that the Pollux-immunostained "dimples" are the dorsal tubes of the trachea. (For details, see Zhang et. al. p. 1108.)
