Drosophila ORC (DmORC) localization in follicle cells. Shown here is a high-resolution immunofluorescence analysis of DmORC in early, small stage 10B egg chambers. The cells were stained with antibodies against DmORC (red) and nuclear lamin (green). DAPI was used to visualize the DNA (blue). The doughnut-shaped structures are consistently visible in early stage 10B egg chambers, when the chorion loci have undergone several rounds of amplification.
