T-cell homeostasis is disrupted in tcasp8-/- mice carrying a T-cell-specific caspase 8 mutation. Shown here is immunohistochemical staining of T-cells (anti-CD3, pink staining) and B-cells (anti-B220, brown staining) in spleen sections from tcasp8-/- (inset) and wild-type (background) mice.
