Cover The cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p27^Kip1 regulates cell migration by inhibiting Rho activation. Shown here are p27-null mouse embryo fibroblasts stained with phalloidin (red) to visualize F-actin, vinculin (green) to visualize focal adhesions, and Hoescht 33342 (blue) to visualize DNA.
