Cover Identification of glycoproteins using proteins produced from the yeast movable ORF (MORF) collection. Shown here is an immunofluorescence scan of a proteome chip containing 5573 individually purified proteins from the MORF collection probed with antibodies directed against yeast glycans (red). Protein spots with substantial reactivity are flagged with a depiction of an N-linked glycan core structure.
